▪️ Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless prior approval is obtained from the host.
▪️ No smoking anywhere on the property.
▪️ No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed.
▪️ Please observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
▪️ Please respect the neighbors and avoid causing excessive noise or disturbances.
▪️ Respect the property and its furnishings. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
▪️ Do not flush anything other than toilet paper to help prevent plumbing issues.
▪️ Follow the check-in and check-out instructions provided before your stay. Guests may be held responsible for any issues resulting from failure to follow these instructions.
▪️ Standard check-in and check-out times apply. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, complimentary if available.
▪️ A Rental Agreement, Photo ID, and Security Deposit may be required prior to check-in.
▪️ We reserve the right to charge additional fees for damages, excessive cleaning, or violations of the House Rules.

✔️ KEYLESS SELF CHECK-IN: Access the property easily using the electronic keypad. Your unique access code will be provided on or before check-in.
✔️ PACK 'N PLAY: A Pack 'n Play is available upon request. Please provide at least one day's advance notice to ensure it is prepared for your stay.

✔️ PARKING: One complimentary on-site parking space is available for this unit on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests must not use spaces marked as reserved. Street parking is allowed, but guests must not park along the curved portion of the cul-de-sac.
✔️ We'll provide detailed check-in and check-out instructions before your stay and are available to answer any questions about the property or the surrounding area.

Other things to note

▪️ We use ChargeAutomation to provide a secure guest portal, which can be shared with your group and adds an extra layer of verification to help prevent fraudulent bookings. You'll receive the guest portal link after your booking is confirmed.
▪️ We hold a security deposit during your stay, which will be fully refunded after check-out, provided there are no damages to the property.
▪️ Please take a moment to review our House Rules before your arrival.
▪️ Surveillance or recording devices are on the property. Two exterior security cameras monitor the parking lot for safety and security purposes. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the apartment or in any private guest areas.
▪️ We offer early check-in and late check-out options, subject to availability and applicable fees.
▪️ Mid-stay cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee. Full cleaning, including laundry service, is available for $100.
▪️ The apartment features a private lanai with a private hot tub, providing a relaxing outdoor space during your stay. The lanai is partially covered.
▪️ A Pack 'n Play is available upon request with at least one day's advance notice.
▪️ On-site parking is first come, first served. Guests must not use spaces marked as reserved.
▪️ Street parking is permitted, but guests must not park along the curved portion of the cul-de-sac.
▪️ Early check-in and late check-out may be complimentary when available, but they must be requested and confirmed in advance.
