✔️ BACKUP LOCKBOX: A lockbox with a spare key is available as a backup access option. Instructions will be provided if needed.
✔️ PARKING: One complimentary on-site parking space is available at the back of the building. Paid street parking is also available nearby, subject to local regulations and availability.
✔️ ACCESSIBILITY: Please note that the apartment is located on the second floor and requires guests to climb one flight of stairs.

▪️ The property is conveniently located just minutes from Lake Michigan, North Avenue Beach, and Chicago's scenic lakefront trails, offering easy access to outdoor recreation, waterfront views, and some of the city's most popular attractions.
