▪️ Please observe quiet hours from 9PM to 8AM.
▪️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.
▪️ Respect the home. Do not break or damage anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay.
▪️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues.
▪️ Follow the check-in/check-out instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions.
▪️ Adhere to the standard check-in and check-out time. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to the host's approval.
▪️ All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place. Missing and/or damaged items may result in additional charges.
▪️ View Rental Agreement, Photo ID, and Security Deposit may be required upon check-in.
▪️ We reserve the right to charge a fee if ANY of the policy is violated.
▪️ Please keep doors and windows closed when using the air conditioning.

✔️ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to the whole property and its amenities. Long-term stays are allowed.

✔️ SELF CHECK IN: Check in at the front desk first to receive your gate sticker and property details, then use the lockbox for entry. Code will be provided prior to arrival.

✔️ PARKING: 1 Driveway Spot Included; additional vehicles are $10/day (paid to Sun Retreats Avalon).

✔️ We’ll provide detailed check-in & check-out instructions and are available to assist with any questions about the home or local area.

▪️ Trash and recycling must be disposed of in designated dumpsters located near the main office.
▪️ Reservations include access to 4 Avalon beach passes (valid for Avalon and Stone Harbor beaches) and 4 beach chairs available for guest use.
▪️ Guests booking both homes (Golden Beacon Retreat #31 and Midnight Beacon Retreat #32) will receive a 10% discount.
▪️ A curated list of local attractions will be provided prior to your stay to help you make the most of your visit.
▪️ An on-site laundromat is available within the resort (paid).
▪️ We offer early check-in and late check-out options for an additional fee, subject to availability.
▪️ Mid-stay cleaning and additional concierge services may be available upon request for an extra fee.
