✔️ Pets are welcome with a fee. Maximum of 1 pet per unit. Pets must be registered and reported to the host prior to arrival. Ensure pets are well-behaved and that necessary precautions are taken to prevent any damage. Pet owners are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning.

✔️ No smoking inside the property. Smoking is permitted outdoors only.

✔️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.

✔️ Please observe quiet hours from 9PM to 8AM.

✔️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.

✔️ Respect the home. Do not break or damage anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay.

✔️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues.

✔️ Follow all check-in/check-out and guidebook instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions, including improper trash disposal.

✔️ Adhere to the standard check-in and check-out times. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, fees, and host approval.

✔️ All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place. Missing, unreturned, and/or damaged items may result in additional charges.

✔️ General Access: Guests have full access to their private unit and its amenities. Outdoor spaces such as decks, courtyards, and garden areas are shared with other units on the property. Long-term stays are allowed in select units.

▪️ Units 2, 3, 4, and 5 use a keyless entry system with keypad access. The access code will be provided on or before check-in.
▪️ Units 1, 6, 7, 8, and 9 use a self-check-in system with access code provided prior to arrival.

✔️ PARKING (VARIES BY UNIT)

▪️ Pets are allowed (with fee), however due to insurance policy, the following breeds are prohibited:
Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Bull Mastiffs, Presa Canarios, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Pit Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Siberian Huskies, Wolf/Dog hybrids, and any mix of these breeds, as well as any trained attack or fighting dogs.
