▪️ Unregistered guests are not allowed.
▪️ Strictly no pets allowed.
▪️ No smoking within the property’s premises.
▪️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.
▪️ Please observe quiet hours from 9PM to 8AM.
▪️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.
▪️ Respect the home. Do not break or damage anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay.
▪️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues.
▪️ Follow the check-in/check-out instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions.
▪️ Adhere to the standard check-in and check-out time. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to the host's approval.
▪️ All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place. Missing and/or damaged items may result in additional charges.
▪️ View Rental Agreement, Photo ID, and Security Deposit may be required upon check-in.
▪️ We reserve the right to charge a fee if ANY of the policy is violated.
▪️ Street parking is unrestricted during the off-season through April 1. During peak season, please note that street cleaning takes place on the last Wednesday of each month; vehicles parked on the street that day may receive a ticket.
▪️ The owner lives on the upper level of the home. The guest area is separate and has its own private entrance, with a door that separates it from the owner’s space. Guests enter through a small entry nook and then proceed downstairs; the owner’s access is upstairs, behind the separating door.

✔️ GENERAL: Some amenities have shared access. All other areas of the home are fully private. Long-term stays up to 29 days are allowed.

✔️ KEYLESS SELF CHECK IN: Access the property easily with our keyless entry system using a keypad. The access code will be provided to you on/before check-in. If a key is lost, a $75 replacement fee applies. Additional keys are available for a $50 fee.

✔️ PARKING: Free Driveway (1 car) and first-come, first-served Street Parking. Be mindful of street sweeping on the 4th Wednesday, April–November (8 AM–12 PM) to avoid tickets.

✔️ We’ll provide detailed check-in & check-out instructions and are available to answer any questions you may have about the property or the surrounding area.

▪️We use ChargeAutomation to provide a secure guest portal, which can be shared with your group and adds an extra layer of verification to prevent fraudulent bookings. You'll receive this link after your booking is confirmed.

▪️We hold a security deposit during your stay, which will be fully refunded after check-out, provided there are no damages to the property.

▪️This property comfortably accommodates up to 2 guests, but we are happy to consider hosting up to 3 guests if needed.

▪️ This property may have regular maintenance during your stay (e.g., hot tub). If you'd prefer no service during your visit, just let us know in advance.

▪️ Surveillance or recording devices are present on the property. Video recording devices are installed on the exterior only, positioned around the yard and surrounding the house, with limited visibility of the hot tub to respect guest privacy.

▪️We offer early check-in and late check-out (2 hours earlier/later than standard times), subject to availability and a fee. Please request in advance if needed.

▪️Mid-stay cleaning and other concierge services are available upon request for an additional fee.

▪️Street parking is unrestricted during the off-season through April 1. During peak season, please note that street cleaning takes place on the last Wednesday of each month; vehicles parked on the street that day may receive a ticket.

▪️The guest’s space is a garden-level apartment with its own entry access and fully private living space, but it is part of a shared property. The owner resides in the unit upstairs, and outdoor amenities like the backyard and hot tub may be shared.
