▪️Surveillance or recording devices on property. We use a noise monitoring device, which does NOT record actual sounds or conversations; it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). Video recording devices only monitor the exterior of the home. Camera 1 is a Ring Doorbell on the front door and faces towards the front outdoor entry. Camera 2 is a Ring Floodlight above the garage and faces towards the driveway. The cameras are outward-facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion and will be on during the duration of your stay.
▪️To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we perform weekly pest control to keep no-see-ums, mosquitoes, and other insects to a minimum. Florida’s warm, tropical environment can occasionally attract pests, but rest assured, we do everything we can to ensure your stay is enjoyable and relaxing.
