✔️️ Max # of pets: 2; Pet Fee Applies $100 per pet; Pets must be registered and approved by the host. Please ensure they are well-behaved and that no shedding, waste, or damage is left behind. Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning or repair costs caused by pets.
✔️️ No smoking within the property’s premises. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. Please use the provided ashtrays and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
✔️️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.
✔️️There may be NO loud music/sustained noises at any time throughout the day. And at night,
music etc. should not be audible by neighbors AT ALL.
✔️️ Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
✔️️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their property or cause any disturbance.
✔️️ Treat the villa as you would your own home. Keep it clean, handle furniture and appliances with care, and promptly clean any spills to prevent stains or damage.
✔️️ Please park only on the concrete area in front of the house. Parking underneath the house is not allowed, as the surface is not designed for vehicle tires and may cause stains or damage. A $100 fee will apply for any violations.
✔️️ Do not flush anything other than toilet paper to avoid plumbing issues.
✔️️ Follow the guidebook instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions.
✔️️ Adhere to check-in (after 5:00 PM) and check-out (by 10:00 AM) times. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to approval.
✔️️ All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place before departure. Missing or damaged items may result in additional charges.
✔️️ A Rental Agreement, Photo ID, and Security Deposit may be required upon check-in.
✔️️ We reserve the right to charge additional fees if any policy is violated.
Housekeeping & Cleanliness
✔️ No shoes inside the house.
✔️ Clean spills immediately to prevent damage.
✔️ Load and run the dishwasher before checkout.
✔️ Place used towels in the bathroom hamper.
Trash Disposal
✔️ Take trash out on Monday and Thursday evenings.
✔️ Place bags outside the gate, under the coconut trees on the left.
✔️Note: $100 will be deducted from your deposit, if you forget to take garbage bins out prior to your checkout.
Pool & Outdoor Areas
✔️ Keep the pool gate closed to prevent iguanas or other animals from entering.
✔️ All pool users must shower before entering the pool or spa.
✔️ Guests under 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
✔️ Use of the pool and spa is at your own risk.
✔️ No alcohol is permitted in the pool or on the pool deck.
✔️ No glass or metal containers are allowed in or around the pool and spa areas. Only non-alcoholic beverages in plastic containers are permitted.
✔️ Report all accidents to the Property Manager immediately.
✔️ Notify the Property Manager of any maintenance or repair needs.
✔️ Diving is strictly prohibited — serious injury may occur.
✔️ Guests with open wounds or infectious diseases are not permitted in the pool or spa.
✔️ No running, rough play, or horseplay on wet deck areas.
✔️ For health and safety reasons, pregnant women and children under 5 should not use the spa.
✔️ All minors under 18 must be closely supervised by an adult when using the pool or spa.
✔️ Pool and spa users must be sober. Individuals under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications that impair judgment are not permitted to use the facilities..
Safety
✔️ No open flames, candles, or fireworks.
✔️ Use the BBQ grill only in designated areas.
✔️ Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Respect for Nature
✔️ Conserve water and electricity whenever possible.
✔️ Do not feed or disturb wildlife.
✔️ Avoid entering garden areas or any zones marked “Do Not Enter.”
Parking Guidelines
✔️ Park only on the concrete area in front of the house.
✔️ Do not park on the grass or under the house.The concrete under the house is not intended for vehicle tires, and will likely stain. A $100 charge will be applied if this occurs.
✔️ Avoid blocking driveways or access areas.
✔️ Be careful not to bump the rocks or wooden posts when reversing.
Maintenance & Emergencies
✔️ Notify us immediately if something breaks, leaks, or stops working.
✔️ Accidents happen — please inform us promptly so we can resolve any issue quickly.
GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to the whole property and its amenities.
SELF CHECK IN: Enjoy hassle-free entry with our lockbox. A personalized code will be sent to you before your arrival.
PARKING: Driveway (3 vehicles) + in-building covered parking (3 vehicles)
