Welcome to our luxurious and expansive resort nestled on over 3 acres of beautiful land! This extraordinary property offers the perfect blend of comfort, entertainment, and natural beauty, making it an ideal retreat for large groups, events, corporate retreats, bachelor parties, and more
With a staggering 13 bedrooms and 7 indoor bathrooms, our resort can comfortably accommodate your entire group. Additionally, there are 4 outdoor half baths for added convenience. The first-floor features 2 private studios, each equipped with a queen bed, a bathroom, and a cozy living room with an enclosed entrance and exit for privacy. There's also one massive bedroom with 6 full-size mattresses and another 3 separate bedrooms with a queen bed all on this floor.
On the second floor, you'll find two bedrooms, one with three queen beds and a twin bed. These rooms are connected to living room and kitchen. Also on this floor, our spacious kitchen and dining room is attached to the main living room with a pool table, providing ample space for entertainment and relaxation. Indoor dining for up to 25 guests is available, while outdoor dining can accommodate another 25 guests, allowing you to enjoy meals with stunning views. All of these dining areas are adjacent to each other.
On the third floor, you'll discover our a state-of-the-art Theater Room awaits, equipped with a projector and all your favorite streaming services. The highlight of the third floor is the private balcony attached to the Master Bedroom, offering breathtaking views of the water—a perfect spot to unwind and connect with nature. The most unique bedroom of the house features a twin bed with nature themes and decor. The rest of the floor features one bedroom with a queen bed, one bedroom with a king bed and a twin bed, and two bedrooms each with a queen bed and a twin bed
As for recreation, you'll be spoiled with choices! Enjoy the *heated pool and hot tub with beach sand, providing a resort-like experience right at your doorstep.

▪️ Unregistered guests (including visiting) are not allowed. Additional fees may apply.
▪️ Pets are welcome with a fee. Max # of pets: 2. Pets must be registered and reported to the host. Host should also be informed if you have a service animal. Ensure that they are well-behaved and that you take necessary precautions to prevent any damage and extra cleaning. Pet/Service Animal owners will be responsible for any extra cleaning fees or damages caused.
▪️ No smoking inside the property.
▪️ No unapproved events or groups larger than booked can be brought as this can overwhelm the septic tank system or well water system that is on the property.
▪️ Please observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM.
▪️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.
▪️ Respect the home. Do not damage or take anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay. All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place.
▪️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Guests will be held responsible for any plumbing issues or damages caused by improper use.
▪️ Report anything that is not working or broken upon check-in. Any issues that are not reported within 24hrs after check-in time may be considered to have occurred during your stay and could be subject to applicable charges.
▪️ Follow the check-in/check-out instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions, including, but not limited to: adhering to check-in/out time, completing check-out tasks, parking, etc.
▪️Sign Rental Agreement, submit photo ID, and authorize security deposit is required before check-in. Property access will not be provided until all requirements are completed and verified. Security deposit will automatically be collected if any damages, missing items, and/or house rule violation is reported during post-stay inspection.

⭐ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE ⭐

▪️ This property comfortably accommodates up to 30 guests, but we are happy to consider hosting up to 40 guests if needed. Please review the bed/room layout and manage expectations before booking. Air mattresses and extra beddings should be requested in advance.
▪️We only provide 30 set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth), coffee pods, and other supplies. If you need more, please request in advance. Last minute requests for extra sleeping arrangements, towels, and supplies may take time and occur additional charges.
▪️Regular maintenance services such as lawn care, pool service, and pest control may take place during your stay. If you prefer no service during your visit, please let us know in advance.
▪️ Surveillance or recording devices are present in the property. Noise monitoring device(s) does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). Video recording devices only monitor the exterior of the home and not any of the interior or swimming/hot tub areas.
▪️ We offer add-on services for a fee. Please note that all of these are subject to availability and approval from host. Please inquire prior to booking:

(We’d like to set your expectations that the temperature is heavily affected by the weather temperature. During cooler weather, the heating system may take longer and may not be able to maintain very high temperatures. Likewise, during hotter days, the water may not feel as warm due to the surrounding temperature.)
▪️ Pool fence is available upon request and must be arranged in advance. Requests made less than one week prior to arrival may be subject to additional fees, based on availability.
▪️ Since the property is secluded, we utilize an open trailer toward the front of the parking area of the property to hold waste. This is routinely emptied and disposed of.
▪️Outdoor tables and chairs setup is subject to fees
▪️Guests would have to go through a dirt road to access the property.
▪️We’re delighted to welcome you to our beautiful waterfront property. Due to the home’s proximity to the water, insects such as mosquitoes, no-see-ums, and other bugs may occasionally be present, especially around dawn and dusk. While we regularly perform pest control treatments, this is a natural part of being near the water. Please also note that wildlife, including alligators, may be present in nearby freshwater areas, as is common throughout Florida. We kindly ask guests to enjoy the surroundings responsibly and supervise children near the water at all times. Your comfort and safety are always our priority.
